Mentor Walks is transforming careers, one step at a time. Since 2016, we’ve connected over 12,000 women in 17 locations across 5 countries with more than 800 inspiring female leaders committed to helping women rise. Together, they’ve walked, talked, and built the clarity and connections that empower women to thrive.
The concept is simple: a one-hour walk in a small group with a leading female leader to have a meaningful career conversation. This proven approach helps women when they need it most, guided by the most accomplished women - CEOs, directors, entrepreneurs and leaders in their fields across diverse industries and backgrounds.
Our mission is to make mentoring accessible to as many women as possible, powered by our core value of good women supporting good women. We’re building a global movement—and we want you to be part of it.
