Mentor Walks mentors are senior women from diverse backgrounds who have built highly successful careers and want to help the next generation of women flourish.

Our mentors are CEOs, directors, entrepreneurs and leaders in their fields. They are experts from various backgrounds - the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, business, tech, education, science, finance, arts, professional services, and more.

Our mentors know first-hand that we all need guidance and mentoring, but it isn’t always easy to find. They know that access to mentors is a game-changer, increasing opportunities for women at all stages of their career.

Mentor Walks gives you the opportunity to have a career conversation with these exceptional women.

Content Marketer at Mentor Walks, Tess’s professional life is shaped by a desire to drive gender equality and build an inclusive society. Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
