Renece Brewster is a multifaceted CEO, entrepreneur, mentor, and advisor. As co-founder and Co-MD of Her Tech Circle, she fosters connections and growth for women in tech.

Renece also leads community initiatives, including Community Lead for 24 Hour Business Plan, National Ambassador of Apropela and mentors women through Mentor Walks. With operational tech expertise, Renece currently serves as COO of Workinitiatives and Co-Founder/COO of GoList.

She is also a Partner and Co-Founder of March Collective, where she supports women-led scale up businesses with bespoke advisory services, community support, and growth opportunities.

Previously, Renece was CEO of Visual Domain, Australia's largest in-house video production agency, leading it to acquisition by News Corp in 2021. Her diverse experience and passion for community building bring a unique perspective, with a career that's a true smorgasbord of innovation, entrepreneurship and community building.

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.
