In 2011, she established Itch, now a fast growing team of over 15 in her Perth office, reflecting Jodie’s authenticity and determination. Itch Professional Services swiftly earned recognition in Perth, excelling in corporate placements, c-suite recruitment, and permanent roles, further highlighting its successful people-centric approach. In 2018 Jodie took another leap and founded 3 other distinct streams of operations: Itch Drilling, Itch Mining and Trades and Itch Communications and Satellite Technology.
