She started her career in technology consulting and software delivery working across a diverse set of industries, geographies and cultures, before stepping into general management and leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Professional Services / Talent Growth.

She has a passion for building high performing, cross functional teams and solving complex problems, and has shaped and embedded scalable Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity strategies in Technology organisations.

Deepti particularly enjoys mentoring individuals looking to enter / grow in the Tech industry, as well as those moving into team and operational leadership roles.
