We’re granting leaders in the United Kingdom the opportunity to license Mentor Walks.
Make mentoring accessible to the women of the United Kingdom, help them get guidance from senior women, and build their connections to move forward. By launching Mentor Walks you will become part of a global network that spans five countries, and is growing rapidly.
We’re looking for passionate, well-connected champions of female leadership. You’ll become a licensee, launch and lead your city’s walks and build communities by creating inclusive, supportive spaces where every woman is welcome and empowered.
Why Start Mentor Walks
Mentor Walks brings together women at all stages of their careers for face-to-face conversations with local senior women.

What’s Involved?
Serve as the Local Leader & Licensee
You’ll be the driving force in your city, launching Mentor Walks, fundraising locally, building a strong mentor community, and helping women move forward with clarity and confidence.
Operate under a License Agreement
As a licensee, you’ll receive the rights to use the Mentor Walks brand, program model, event format, and tools. You’ll also receive onboarding, training, templates, and ongoing support from our Mentor Walks Central Team, in exchange for an annual license fee.
Lead your local program, with support from Mentor Walks Central
You will organize and host at least six walks per year, build and nurture a local network of senior female mentors and engaged mentees, and secure partnerships or funding to support your walks. You will be supported through regular check-ins, reporting, and impact evaluation.
”Mentor Walks has created something very powerful in our city. It’s not just the impact on individual women—who walk away more confident and clear, but the way it’s helping to build a stronger, more connected community of women who are lifting each other up. I absolutely love being part of this incredible community.”
