  • Optimise locations: Stay informed, embracing new technologies and ideas to continuously enhance our locations and improve the experience for anyone who walks.

  • Manage internal operations: Run the ongoing processes, administration and platforms.

WHAT YOU BRING: Strong operational management with at least 2+ years in a similar role (not necessarily from events, just tell us how your skills transfer), the key list to meet includes:

  • Operations extraordinaire with great attention to detail - it's number 1 for a reason!

  • Proven operator with stand out outcomes across multiple services or products.

  • Fierce organisation, well planned and proactive solver for our 14 local teams.

  • Executive level stakeholder management and communication with exceptional interpersonal skills, you’re a connector and builder of diverse relationships.

  • Effective leader, with the ability to recruit, nurture and manage people remotely.

  • Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, Slack, Eventbrite and email/CRM.

WHO YOU ARE: It’s important to us that you are:

  • Passionate about women's progress and the transformative power of mentorship.

  • A self starter (most important!), taking initiative, you're a ‘DIY’ kind of person.

  • A problem solver in everything you do, it’s part of your DNA.

  • Energetic to work autonomously to meet your tasks and deadlines.

  • Curious about what you don’t know and have a hunger to learn.

Why Us? We believe good women support good women, it’s what we do and what we value most. You’ll be surrounded by the wisest women, learning and connecting with them.
