Virginia Wilson is a highly experienced Executive Manager with a diverse career spanning 29 years in Energy and Minerals (Caltex Australia, Woodside, BHP and Fortescue Green Energy). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) and an MBA. Having led significant portfolios and global teams, she excels in commercial value optimisation, strategic planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement across a number of commodities. Noteworthy achievements include optimising revenue in evolving and challenging markets (e.g. Iron Ore commodisation, LNG spot market evolution and development of Green Hydrogen commercial frameworks).
Pivotal to her success is an intuitive approach to stakeholder relationships and a commitment to high ethics and values. With her expertise in change management, Virginia successfully integrated major mining investments, demonstrating project execution and the ability to effect Cultural change to align targets with reality.
