Vesna joined THE ICONIC in January 2020 as Chief People & Culture Officer and has over 20 years experience in highly complex, global organisations spanning multiple industries including HealthCare @ Bupa, Technology @ Cisco, FMCG @ General Mills, Media/Television @ Network Ten and Retail @ Angus & Coote. She has led large HR teams across Australia/New Zealand and Asia Pacific geographies in addition to being part of global teams delivering successful business outcomes.

With deep expertise in strategic HR business partnering at executive level and time spent leading various centres of excellence, her breadth of experience extends across all disciplines of Human Resources. She has a passion for all things digital, business transformation, executive and leadership development, M&A, org design and culture change to name a few.

She adds most value in placing the customer and employee experience at the heart of how the People & Culture team enable successful business outcomes.

Vesna holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Sydney.
