Therese has extensive governance and executive leadership experience developed through a diverse career working across social and economic portfolios in State Government. She has held leadership roles in government, business and not-for-profit sector, including 10 years as CEO Colony 47.

She currently has Director roles on the Public Trustee Board, The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, Contemporary Arts Tasmania and the Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation. She has core skills of governance, shaping strategy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and management, partnership development, fundraising and philanthropy. Therese also built extensive networks across the public and private sectors.

In addition to her current consultancy work, Therese holds directorships on the Board of The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, The Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation and Contemporary Arts Tasmania
