Tara Moses is the former Chief Operating Officer of R.M. Williams drawing on 20+ years turning operations into retail results. As COO, she tripled production of the iconic Australian bootmaker to keep pace with demand — protecting the craft, quality and provenance behind the brand while leading 600+ people, including 450 craftspeople. Earlier she led manufacturing for footwear brand Red Wing across five US sites. She co-developed Australia’s National Manufacturing Strategy with the Australian Fashion Council and was named a Ragtrader Top Leader in Sustainability in 2025.BIO
