General Manager - People & Culture
Tammy Ryder is an experienced Executive People Manager, currently working
as General Manager – People and Culture at Coles. She holds more than 15
years of leadership experience at both the operational and corporate level, with
significant experience in leveraging an organisation’s human capital to achieve
tangible business objectives.
Prior to joining Coles, Tammy has worked for some of Australia’s most
recognized industry names, including Hungry Jacks (as their National Training
and HR Manager), and Lorna Jane (as Executive People Manager). Tammy also
complements her extensive practical experience with a Master of Business
Administration and is a Fellow Certified Human Resources Practitioner with the
Australian HR Institute.
Tammy brings significant expertise in harnessing the ‘power of people’ to drive
performance. Her considerable experience within the HR arena has helped her
to hone exemplary skills in stakeholder management, influencing and
negotiating, and communicating with stakeholders. Having coordinated a
number of industry projects, she also possesses considerable experience in
managing and directing teams, particularly amongst periods of change.
