Suzi has recently been appointed as the State GM for Westpac Commercial banking in WA, after 2 years of leading the group strategy for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as Group Head of DEI.

With 15 years of tenure at Westpac, Suzi has had various other roles, including 3 years as Head of Indigenous Banking, State GM SANTAS, State GM SANT and numerous secondments into Specialised lending and projects. Suzi’s most recent foray into HR was leading the Westpac Group approach to a more inclusive and safer workplace, providing a new strategic direction to drive a more equitable workforce. Suzi has extensive leadership experience in both Commercial and Retail Banking, having held numerous senior leadership positions which have enabled her to work extensively with a large range of businesses, industries, Indigenous communities and in broad geographies throughout Australia.

Suzi has resided in the Northern Territory for some 30+ years, and recently relocated to WA to take up the new role. Throughout her career in the Finance Industry, Suzi has completed an Executive Leadership Diploma at Columbia NYC and Women in Leadership diploma at AGSM in 2015, and recently completed her MBA at UNSW specialising in Social Impact. She is also a Non-executive Director of Aboriginal Investment NT.
