Susan Ledger is a dedicated educator, researcher and advocate for the teaching profession.
Susan draws on her lived experience in rural, remote, international and diverse settings to inform and lead innovative projects. Susan has led a range of initiatives that prepare teachers to teach diverse students within diverse schooling contexts including introducing simulation into Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and 12-month internships. Susan enjoys working collaboratively to connect people, projects and places to improve educational policy and practice. Susan is committed to equity, excellence and opportunity through being diagnostic in her approach and inclusive in her practice.
