On a personal note, she is married to Fish Scientist Dr Matt Pember, her partner of over 30 years, with two children Charlotte 17 and Leo 13 and lives in Bicton Western Australia with their Golden Retriever Elsa and Pug Teddy and two cats Mango and Coco.
In her free time, she enjoys catching up with friends and family, travelling, hiking, hosting events and giving back to the community.
