With over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and solutions across finance, procurement, business improvement and transformation, Stephannie has built a leadership reputation for actively and successfully disrupting the status quo.
As Manager Finance Transformation, Stephannie is creating the finance function of the future by leveraging data and technology, optimising core business processes and systems and ensuring capability meets current and future needs. She is extremely passionate about being a culture maker not a culture taker. Stephannie has a B Comm from UNSW, is a CPA Fellow, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She is actively involved in the Illawarra community, holding a directorship on the Peoplecare Board and Chairs the CPA Australia Centre of Excellence for Digital Transformation.
