As the Founder & Principal Consultant of Seed People Consulting, she has worked with organisations across diverse industries, including government agencies, professional services, tertiary education, and the not-for-profit sector, helping them build strong leadership, positive workplace cultures, and high-performing teams.

Prior to establishing Seed People Consulting in 2014, Stacey held senior people and culture roles in organisations such as Hunter TAFE and Insurance Australia Group (IAG), leading large-scale transformation projects and people strategies. She is passionate about enabling people, unlocking leadership potential, and fostering sustainable organisational success.
