With deep expertise in regional and international compensation frameworks, she has managed c suite stakeholders on complex pay structures, equity programs, and market benchmarking. Now, she works as an advisor who helps clients navigate pay negotiations with confidence, leveraging her strategic insight to help them secure fair, competitive compensation in a global landscape.
