With over 20 years leading sustainability in ASX50 companies, Siobhan Toohill is a trusted advisor to business and government through a range of governance roles, including as non-executive director Landcom, an advisor to Alphinity Investment Management, and a member of the committee shaping Australia’s Nature Repair Market, and director of the refugee-focused, fashion-enabled social enterprise, The Social Outfit.

Siobhan was the first Chief Sustainability Officer at a major Australian bank – leading sustainability at Westpac for 11 years, having previously established the sustainability function at Stockland. Her past UN roles include the governing body of the Net Zero Banking Alliance and co-chair of UNEP FI’s Banking Board – including co-authoring and overseeing the Principles for Responsible Banking.

Her commitment to leading has been recognised through multiple scholarships and awards, including AFR’s 2024 Women in Leadership Award for banking in 2024. As part of her continued focus on leadership development, Siobhan is passionate about supporting emerging leaders seeking to realise positive social and environmental through their work and in their communities.
