Simone is a dynamic business leader, former Head of People and Culture at Coca-Cola Amatil and the founder of Fletcher Consultancy who grow businesses in Regional NSW.

With 15 years experience both in Australia and internationally, Simone has a strong desire to partner with local business to create economic growth and ensure employees have a greater sense of purpose of connection.

Simone brings extensive experience across sales, manufacturing, trades, customer centre and professional services along with significant senior leadership team experience including partnership with Managing Director Alcohol and Coffee, CFO, Sales Director, Supply Chain Director, HR Director and IT Director at Coca-Cola Amatil.

Simone has completed a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) graduating with Distinction from Charles Sturt University.
