Sharon has had over 25 years of Senior Executive and Board of Director Experience across the Water Utility, Property Development, Professional Financial Services and Vocational Education Sectors within the public, private and NFP sectors. She is currently CEO of HVTC a NFP Apprentice and Trainee Employment specialists, operating across NSW from 10 regional offices employing 900 people including 800 Apprentices and Trainees. She is also Chair of the National Apprentice Employment Network and Director of HVTC Pty Ltd, Central Coast Community College, and Coleambally Irrigation Cooperative in the Riverina. She has extensive Financial, People and Culture, Strategic planning, Stakeholder engagement and Governance and Risk skills and is passionate about connecting people to the opportunity of Skills Training and employment to deliver a skilled workforce for NSW.
