Experienced in all facets of executive search, Sharon connects the dots between people and businesses to solve problems. Having spent her career helping people navigate their career potential, Sharon founded My Career Lab to help organisations and their people better understand their skills, solve their knowledge gaps, and reposition themselves for future success. Sharon believes a reimagined approach to attracting and developing talent is necessary to solve the challenges organisations and individuals will face in the future.
