Seza Vaziri is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience leading lean transformations, operational quality excellence, and value stream optimization across the Oil & Gas, industrial energy infrastructure, and EPC sectors. She has held senior leadership roles in global companies such as GE, Alstom, and most recently served as Vice President of Quality at Petrofac.

She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a BSc in Computer Engineering, along with a Leadership Executive Certificate from Harvard Business School.

Her participative leadership style is centered on building trust, attracting and developing top talent, and cultivating high-performing, cross-cultural teams.
