She has led and advised diverse teams across the US, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia, navigating complex challenges and building cross-sector partnerships, gaining a deep understanding of different cultures, sectors, and geographies.

A lifelong learner, coffee enthusiast, and curious global traveler, Serafina treasures time spent with her daughter. She serves as a Director of the History Trust of South Australia and the US-based Tingari-Silverton Foundation, investing in systems-changing innovations that address pressing global challenges, with a focus on women, First Nations, and underserved communities.
