Sarah Howell offers a unique blend of business & coaching acumen together with 25+ years experience in conception, implementation & management of 14 hospitality businesses.

With her understanding of the frustrations that come with owning and operating businesses Sarah started Define Success Coaching to support other established business owner-operators with managing the operational AND emotional elements of business.

She helps to drive growth (business & personal) from a place of calm confidence by focusing on the important and not just the urgent.

Bringing a sounding board, arm's length perspective, thought partnership, accountability & confidence, Sarah provides a confidential space to support, guide and navigate the ups & downs of being in business. 

Outside of work Sarah loves to ski, yoga, hike, rock climb, read & travel. She has a husband of 20 years, a teen daughter and 3 year old Kelpie, Willow - depends on the day which one is her favourite :-)

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
