Dr Sara Quinn is an experienced leader working with individuals, organisations, and communities. Her career spans diverse roles, including Board Director (Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors), company founder and director, private practice owner, academic lecturer (undergraduate and postgraduate psychology), researcher, and supervisor. She has also held senior organisational, clinical, and executive roles within Federal Government agencies, both as a consultant and employee, managing psychological services and large multidisciplinary teams across Australia.

Sara is an endorsed clinical psychologist and the Immediate Past President and Chair of the Australian Psychological Society, where she led national initiatives in governance renewal, workforce capability, and digital transformation. She currently serves on the Mental Health Australia Board, and her previous Board roles include Allied Health Professions Australia and a clinical advisory position with a local health promotion charity. Her clinical practice focuses on organisational risk, leadership, and trauma, and her academic research in cognitive development has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented internationally.
