Sally practiced as a lawyer for six years before transferring her skills to more 'hands on' business and advocacy roles, undertaking several industry association CEO roles. She then moved into the corporate space as General Manager Corporate Affairs for ASX listed Sydney Airport for eight years before joining Coles Group as General Manager Corporate Affairs.
