Sally's executive coaching and board practice follow a senior career in corporate Australia and 20 years in industry. Sally is the founder and managing director of Yellow Consulting - a business she created in 2016 that specialises in executive coaching.
Whilst building her executive coaching practice, Sally had board appointments in the health, education and social services sectors. Sally also coached at the University of Melbourne, as part of a Leadership and Innovation program for industry.
Sally has an MBA with prizes and honors from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Business. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Counselling Association. Sally loves raising her 3 school-age daughters and has a lived understanding of the opportunities and demands facing women today.
Sally has experience as a senior executive at National Australia Bank (NAB). At NAB, in the role of Group Head of Community Investment, Sally coordinated NAB businesses globally on strategy, projects and partnerships with the not for profit and government sector. Before this, Sally advised on corporate social responsibility (CSR), with responsibilities for strategy, governance and risk. Before moving into CSR, Sally led a large team responsible for change management across NAB Australia. Previously, she was in project directorship and management roles.
Prior to joining NAB, Sally spent 8 years in commercial roles in the automotive, mining and packaging industries, working within BHP, Toyota and ACI Packaging. During this time, she completed a part-time MBA. She also lived and worked at various sites around Australia, including Whyalla, Newcastle and Port Kembla.
