Roxana has an extensive multinational background built over 25 years in corporate executive roles. She held senior leadership positions at Estee Lauder and Shiseido where she built diverse teams focused on transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship to grow global brands in the Japanese and Asian markets and establish regional brands on the global stage.

Born in India, she lived in Japan and Hong Kong before moving to Singapore where she runs her own management consultancy. Roxana has considerable experience working with educational and women’s institutions in governance, advisory and philanthropic roles, as well as in social enterprise.
