Rocky is a highly experienced and accomplished senior, regional HR executive with a strong track record of success in prominent organizations, namely P&G, Pfizer, Inc., and Heineken Asia Pacific. Rocky assumed the APAC Chief HR Officer role for Pfizer and Heineken, and was also a member of Heineken Malaysia Berhad’s Board of Directors, a publicly listed company.

She recently left the corporate world and is now working as a business consultant. Her passion is to leave a legacy by empowering others to reach their goals and make a meaningful, positive impact on individuals and businesses.

On the personal side, she is a wife and mother to 2 adult children, and her hobbies include fitness, art and history, cooking and traveling.
