Rocky is an experienced Executive Coach to MNC senior executives, most of them women in senior country, regional and global roles. She helps them get promoted and thrive at work, without neglecting their other roles in life.

She is also an HR Consultant, helping companies build their HR functions and provides coaching to other CHROs. Prior to setting up her own coaching business in 2023, Rocky had a successful HR executive MNC career for more than 30 years. She has lived and worked in 5 countries. She’s a mother to 2 adult children and loves reading, traveling, art and fitness.
