Rebecca (Bec's) is a Senior Leader who thrives in the world of strategy design and execution. Bec's has dedicated her career to working with Senior Leaders and Boards to define the strategic intent of their business. This includes, who they want or need to be and understanding what it will take to get there, as well as shaping the operating model and execution engine required to successfully deliver these outcomes. After recently completing her eMBA, Bec's has further extended this knowledge by researching the variables that enable effective strategy execution and how the 'kiwi' culture inhibits or contributes to firm performance.
