Rachael Neumann is a co-founder and partner of Flying Fox Ventures, an early-stage investment firm supporting Australian and New Zealand founders with global ambition. Flying Fox has over 50 companies in its portfolio and has enabled hundreds of folks to start or turbocharge their investment journeys. Rachael plays across many parts of the startup ecosystem, as a Partner at Startmate, and previously as Head of Startups in Australia & New Zealand for Amazon Web Services, in her two Federal Government appointments distributing commercialization and scale funding to early-stage Australian companies, and prior to that, Managing Director of Eventbrite ANZ. Rachael is passionate about helping companies scale and increase their impact through differentiated customer experiences and new product development.
