Penny is a strategic revenue leader with 25+ years of experience scaling B2B SaaS companies from startup to acquisition. Currently CRO at VRIFY Technology - a Vancouver-based AI SaaS company within the mining exploration sector - she brings a track record of driving exceptional commercial results, most recently tripling revenue as CRO at Krux Analytics as she led the company through a strategic acquisition.

Penny has built and led commercial teams across four continents, held VP roles at Seequent (acquired by Bentley Systems for $1B), and co-founded an e-commerce fashion business in Australia before returning to the tech world. She brings deep expertise in GTM strategy, high-performance sales leadership, and the complexity of scaling high-growth companies.

Penny founded the Vancouver chapter of Mentor Walks, bringing this incredible program to the city because she believes strongly in the power of women supporting women at every stage of their careers.
