Pauline has over 35 years’ experience in finance and business spanning the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. She enjoyed a varied career in Banking, specialising in Business Banking, Retail Banking, Credit & Operations before moving to the private sector undertaking Executive Leadership roles within a Maintenance and Contracting Group followed by a Hospitality Group.
Pauline relocated to Perth in 2013 and returned to her passion of business banking. Her current role is Westpac State Manager WA, SME & Small Business, where she leads a team of bankers based across the State, who look after all the banking needs of Westpac’s SME & Small Business Client base. Pauline considers herself truly privileged to support SME and Small Businesses across Western Australia and be a part of their journey.
In addition, Pauline is a Culture Champion and an active Mentor within Westpac. She is a Non Exec Director on the Committee for Perth.
Pauline holds a BA Honours Degree in Management and Business Studies; Banking Certificate, Institute of Bankers in Ireland. In recent times she has completed additional leadership training through Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW; WeQual Rising Leaders Program and completed the CEDA Copland Leadership Program in 2019. Pauline is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
