Pamela (Pam) Ramotowski joined Eavor Technologies in September 2025 as their Chief Human Resources Officer. Pam leads a team of creative, passionate, and bold human resources and administrative professionals.

The Human Resources team is focused on delivering high-quality, innovative programs and services that enable Eavor’s extraordinary staff, reinforce and strengthen the company’s unique culture, and support Eavor’s strategy and vision.

Pam brings over 25 years of leadership, human resources, and corporate services experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, having supported teams in Canada, the U.S., and internationally.

A Chartered Professional in Human Resources with CPHR Canada and a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM – SCP), Pam holds an MBA in Management of Organizations and Human Resources from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Management degree in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge.
