Nicole commenced with South32 at its inception in 2015 and leads the Legal, Business Integrity and Company Secretariat teams. Until recently Nicole also led the global Human Resources function.

Before joining South32, Nicole was Vice President, Company Secretariat for BHP. She was also Vice President Supply, Group Information Management from 2011 to 2013.

During her legal career she has held various positions in Australia, the United States and the Netherlands. Prior to that, she was a lawyer at Ashurst.

Nicole graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of History (Hons).
