Natasha is the CEO for Medical Indemnity Protection Society (MIPS) and MIPS Insurance (MIPSi). Natasha is a strategic leader with experience across management consulting, general and life insurance in Australia and the UK. In her current role she is responsible for delivering value to the members (healthcare practitioners) every day. She believes the most effective way to drive sustainable value for members is to invest time and effort into the people delivering on the member proposition.
Natasha has worked for various organisations including BHP, AAMI, Suncorp and Ernst & Young.

Natasha values her younger years growing up in rural Australia before moving for education opportunities. Natasha holds a Master of Finance, a Bachelor of International Business and is a Fellow of FINSIA.
