Nairy is an experienced strategic marketer and business builder, with a passion for customer centric and evidence-based innovation and a strong track record in improving the ROI of innovative products, services, and business models.

She has worked across product and service industries with the Boards, CEOs and founders of private and listed, for purpose and for profit organisations, that are striving to lead their industries through innovation and a strong commitment to their customers and stakeholders.

Nairy is a Co-Founder and Director of Cogentum, specialising in innovation and growth strategy, market and customer insights and commercialisation. Her consulting career spanning 20 years has focused on a wide range of industry sectors including biotechnology, medical research, MedTech, healthcare, disability and mental health services.

Nairy has held academic positions at Monash University and RMIT, lectured extensively across SE Asia and delivered training to large corporates. Her executive experience is in B2C consumer and regulated product markets including FMCG and pharmaceutical, as well as B2B professional services and medical technology.
Nairy is a non executive board member of Care Connect.

Content Marketer at Mentor Walks, Tess’s professional life is shaped by a desire to drive gender equality and build an inclusive society. Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.
