Most of Michelle’s experience has been in very competitive markets with high rates of evolution, frequent disruption and complexity, much of it digital. Michelle balances her strong commercial edge with a fundamental belief in the importance of quality relationships with all stakeholders.

Michelle is a strategic leader with a growth mindset and the ability to navigate complexity. As a director, Michelle has a focus on ensuring boards are focused on digitization, disruption, understanding the consumer and supporting CEOs and the Executive/Board relationship.
