Mia is the General Manager Customer & Loyalty at Coles Liquor. Prior to joining Coles in 2019 as Head of Exclusive Liquor Brands, Mia was General Manager of Thirsty Camel Bottleshops and has worked within a variety of leadership, marketing and strategy roles at Carlton & United Breweries, Accolade Wines and Diageo in Australia and Europe throughout her 23 years in the Liquor industry.

Mia holds an MA from University College London and sits on the board of Women’s Legal Service Victoria, a not-for-profit organisation that works with women experiencing disadvantage to address legal issues arising from relationship breakdown or violence.
