Mia is the Managing Partner of the Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) business in Deloitte Middle East. Mia is a Business & Technology Partner with over 27 years of consulting experience. She has led very large transformation programs with major clients around the world, extensively in the Oil & Gas industry. She also worked in industries in Utilities, Aviation, Products and Government.
She has been in the Middle East region in the past 9 years where she led very large technology and digital-enabled transformation programs in major clients in the region. She held key roles in transformation programs at KSA Giga Projects, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Emirates National Oil Company, Saudi Aramco and Schlumberger among others. Prior to Middle East, Mia held leadership roles in key global strategic transformation programs at Royal Dutch Shell across North America (Houston), Europe (UK, Norway, Italy, Netherlands) and Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines)
