Melissa is Chief Operating Officer for ServiceNow in Asia Pacific (APAC). As COO, Melissa creates greater alignment and customer success across ServiceNow’s Sales teams and ensures the right strategy and resources are put in place to drive business success.

Melissa joined ServiceNow in the role of Vice President Technology, Risk & Security Sales, Asia Pacific and Japan, in March 2020 and in the three years since leading Technology Workflows in the region, she has consistently demonstrated excellent team leadership and collaboration skills, helping ServiceNow to achieve wider
success among its customers’ entire organisations.

Melissa is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the software industry and has held various positions across sales, pre-sales, services, support, marketing and product.

Melissa is no stranger to the IT industry and has held General Management positions at TIBCO, Pivotal Inc, Skillsoft, EMC and SAP (Business Objects). Having led various organizations in senior leadership positions across Japan, China, Singapore and Australia, Melissa is an adept and versatile leader with a keen focus on developing global customer relationships and bringing to market timely solutions that deliver value.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Queensland and has a CPA qualification. She is currently based in Singapore.
