Melissa is a very pragmatic management consultant with a depth of skill and breadth of experience across various industries helping businesses to realise their vision. As well as robust consulting and business transformation experience, Melissa also possesses strong Project Management skills and experience.

Melissa’s very practical experience has been gained through a variety of roles: as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy and with numerous public and private sector clients, working at three premier professional services businesses – KPMG Consulting (UK), Deloitte Human Capital Director (QLD), Ernst and Young Consulting Executive Director (QLD). More recently Melissa has focused on providing boutique consulting services, coaching, and Director (equivalent) roles with Uniting Care and Airservices Australia in transformation, change and customer experience.
