Following a 30-year career in the resources, transport and energy industries Megan now has a portfolio career as a leadership coach, Non-Executive Director, and interviewer.

Megan was the immediate past Chair of the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO), is a mentor with Women in Mining WA and NAWO, co-hosts Extraordinary Women which aims to be Perth’s friendliest networking group for women in business and is the 2021 winner of the national Women in Industry Award for Advocacy for women in historically male-dominated industries.
