Following a 30-year career in the resources, transport and energy industries Megan now has a portfolio career as a Non-Executive Director and is a qualified and accredited Leadership and Team Coach.

Megan is on the boards of Pacific Energy and Derwent Search. She is the Chair of the Freight & Logistics Council of WA and the Stella Prize board. She is a mentor with WIMWA and NAWO, co-hosts Perth network Extraordinary Women and was the 2021 winner of the national Women in Industry Award for Advocacy for women in historically male-dominated industries.
