With 20 years of experience working in the Telecommunications sector in Australia, UK, Europe and Asia, Maisie Lam has held diverse roles across strategy and planning, customer and sales operations, program delivery and change management. She has led business integration teams in the launch of several mobile startups including 3 UK, 02 Germany and Telfort in The Netherlands; and for the merger between 3 and Vodafone in Australia. After 3 years in Hong Kong (HK), Maisie recently returned to Sydney to take up the Head of Greenlight Operations ANZ role at Uber. Committed to supporting women in their professional career paths, Maisie participated as a mentor in The Women’s Foundation HK program and Mentor Walks HK. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Post Graduate Diploma in Museum Studies from the University of Sydney; and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
