Lyn is the founder of Mentoring Leaders, where she works with individuals and organisations to grow their leadership capability and impact. Prior to this role, Lyn's executive career spanned a variety of industries including engineering, mining, professional services and education. Lyn has worked nationally and internationally in publicly listed, not for profit and small business sectors.

Her most recent executive role was as CEO of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) where she was a leading advocate for the engagement and development of leaders as the key driver of organisational success.
