Across her career, Lori has led People strategy for companies including Tia, Nurx, Ticketfly, Eventbrite, Linden Research, and Hotwire. She has built and scaled People organizations supporting companies from startup through 500+ employees and led People strategy through five acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures. Her work has produced measurable results, including significant improvements in engagement and retention, more than $400K in annual recruiting savings, and support for business growth from $20M to more than $100M in ARR.
