Lisa is a highly respected leader in philanthropy and social innovation, with over 20 years of experience in the for-purpose sector. She is the CEO of Ideology Group, an advisory firm specialising in social impact, stakeholder management, governance, and organisational strategy.
Before founding Ideology Group, Lisa co-founded The Funding Network (TFN), a pioneering enterprise designed to democratise giving. Under her leadership, TFN grew from a grassroots start-up into Australia’s largest collective giving movement. In recognition of her leadership, Lisa was named Most Outstanding CEO at the 2017 Third Sector Awards for her role in driving systemic change.
Earlier in her career, Lisa served as Director of Social Investment at Social Ventures Australia (SVA), a pioneering organisation that understands what works in communities and helps mission-driven organisations scale their effectiveness and impact.
Lisa currently holds several leadership roles across the sector. She is Chair of the Kennards Hire Foundation, a Board Director of the Australian Sports Foundation, a member of the Oversight Committee for AirTrunk’s Social Impact Program, and a member of the Social Impact Hub’s Professional Impact Network. She also mentors young women through Sydney Mentor Walks and sits on the Leadership Council of Documentary Australia.
Lisa is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business - Philanthropy Leaders Program, the University of Cambridge - Business and the Environment Program, and the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain-Based Conversations Program.

Content Marketer at Mentor Walks, Tess’s professional life is shaped by a desire to drive gender equality and build an inclusive society. Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
