Leslie is a certified executive coach, consultant, educator and an enthusiastic mentor. She is passionate about working with people who want to reclaim and elevate the best of who they already are and co-create positive transformation in their personal and professional experiences and results.

Leslie is known for her insatiable curiosity, sense of humour, love of learning, simplifying and solving complex problems, active listening and promoting clarity through her astute, insightful and intuitive questions.

Through her career, Leslie has held a variety of clinical, administrative and executive roles. Leslie has over 15 years of leadership and executive experience as the Chief Operating Officer in a specialty healthcare organization. She is a registered nurse with Master’s Degrees in Nursing and Business Administration. Leslie is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).

Leslie is an Adjunct Clinical Associate in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary. She has also taught as a Sessional Instructor in the Faculty of Nursing Graduate Program, the Leadership for Health System Transformation Graduate Certificate and the Leadership Wellness Hub.
