Small Act Major Impact

Leora Givoni is a coach in high-performance communication, shaping the voices of some of Australia’s most renowned business leaders. As the Founder of Small Act Major Impact, she has spent over two decades coaching top executives and teams across various industries, ranging from advisory firms to start-ups, NFPs, and legal and manufacturing companies, helping them craft messages that inspire, persuade, and drive results.

Before launching her consultancy in 2005, Leora established a strong foundation in public relations, then transitioned in-house to lead marketing and communications at Visy Recycling for over eight years. Today, she delivers transformational workshops and coaching to businesses nationwide, empowering professionals to harness the power of language for personal and corporate success.

A sought-after communications expert, Leora’s passion for the power of words extends beyond business—she’s a three-time Telstra Business Awards nominee, a Fellow and judge for the Australian Marketing Institute, and an active board member of the 16th Street Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, certifications in Executive Coaching and Mental Health First Aid, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Monash University’s Leadership and Mindset program.

Committed to giving back, Leora volunteers her expertise to charities and organisations, ensuring that impactful communication reaches beyond the boardroom.
